38 minutes in drive thru and watched at least a dozen people pull out of line. Avoid this McDonald's.
Edit at bottom... Slowest location i have ever been to. Mess up my order about 50% of the time. And most of the employees act like your order is a major inconvenience. I even had one shame my 3 year old neice for changing her mind from milk to soda for her happy meal. There is only one girl here that is always chipper and polite.
Went there one time and thankfully after eating, before said persons shift, an employee went into the restroom and returned to the kitchen without washing her hands. Called the manager at the time as I was too irate to approach the manager calmly, and let her know what had happened. The manager went on to excuse the employees habit stating that said employee had washed her hands when returning to kitchen...yes but after touching the door handle and whatever else along the way with pee hands before then washing them there in the back.
The food was about as good as you can expect from a fast food restaurant.
Out of breakfast burritos by 9:30 in the morning. Do not carry full McDonald's menu. And this is only real breakfast place in a college town.
Edit: turns out the polite girl was a manager. I brought up these issues with her and she offered me three free meal coupons. Since the complaint the food and service has improved dramatically. It can still be a little slow, and the ice cream machine breaks too often, but that seems to happen at most mcdonalds locations. And there are still a few staff members with attitudes. But I upped this review from 1 star to 4 stars because of the improvements and because the management actually takes customer complaints seriously.
